We include a 6 seater golf cart to tool around the community in (the golf cart must stay within the Monterey CC). There are 37 different pols and spas you can utilize. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. We also provide 7 26" adult bikes, 1 adult tricycle, 1 small adult 24" bike, 2 kid bikes 18" and 1 small child bike with training wheels . The community is flat with great roads, perfect for biking around (no skateboards permitted). The 1.5 mile ride to El Paseo is a must! It's a fairly flat ride (slight uphill grade on the way there).
